Everything gross ghetto and rude
Terminex was pulling in to spray two of the rooms. Place smelled like weed. There was no trash can in room. It was kind of sketchy.
Bedbugs fleas breakfast this is a terrible hotel pol dirty they are more worried about people smoking then the bugs in there rooms.

the hotel was dirty. The room is not equal the photos.vthe fridge didn't work as well as the fence in thw restoroom.. The room didnt smell good and the bathroom was dirty. The shower didnt work properly. The breakfast is a messy. They do not clean. It ia not my first timw that i book a hotel by booking. Com and i reached the place and they give us a room totally different from the photos. One time, i rented a room with friends and two of them decided to rwnt other one by the hotel when we reached, they gave them the room we looked by booking but for us they gave us a trash and eith bad smell one. I am really disappointed.

The room had two huge king size beds.
Outside the room all places were very dirty I´ d never seen before in a hotel. Even the room wasn´t made every time. I had the impression the management doesn´t really care about that.
- Rooms are big; - Hotel was close to a supermarket and many restaurants; - The receptionist who made my check-out gave me a 20% off bonus for my next stay at Red Roof when I complained about my stay.
- Rooms are very dirty and I could find hair in the blanket. Clearly, the blanket was not changed neither cleaned. - In the breakfast, there were only coffee and some juices. There was a basket for bread, but the staff was not renewing the food. - Furniture in the rooms were very old and they seemed to be dirty, as well. - No elevators for the second floor.

Good beds. Nice pool. Good TV and WIFI. Nice staff and they tried to give us bottom floor room requested.
Just had dog groomed (cut very short) day b4 arrival. He was for sure flea free b4 arrival, but after 24 hrs., when 1st noticed, he was infested w/ 100's of fleas! Unbelievable and shocking (to us) to see so many. We think they came from room, b/c saw fleas on a white pillow that had fallen on floor--why would they be there(?) but cannot be totally sure w/out more thorough investigation, which we didn't have time for. Dark carpet made it impossible to see if they were on floor. Never seen so many fleas (on him) in our lives. In addition to pest control, we comb him daily, hence is flea free. Because of this "flea problem" we could not stay the 2nd night altho had paid in advance. We were refused a refund b/c they said it was "Not Booking's policy--they insist on 24 hrs. notice, but we didn't notice this problem soon enough, were so busy/tired. Had only paid for 2 nights. We arrived the 27th, went directly to a party, came home late, went to bed exhausted, didn't notice fleas til next a.m. Had to bathe, comb, dry him to totally deflea which took over an hour in bathtub. This made us late to our brunch party. We took our small Yorkie dog w/ us. As soon as got back from party, we reported problem, but they said "too late" for refund. We had to pack up and leave, totally exhausted.
NOTHING!!!!!! OH EXCEPT LEAVING 30 MINS AFTER WE CHECKED IN....

we arrive 11 pm no toilet paper no towels room dirty and we go to bed we found wet by pee
